Well in those years you could buy a 63mm or an 80mm. This on is the latter, maybe you are used to seeing 63mm’s?? One thing is fo sure this aint no 100mm SID!!

It’s a threaded BMX freewheel. One gear, with a clutch so you can coast or backpedal.

Same hubs as a 2007 Trek Jack 2 different hoops though. Jack has Ditch Witch these are Bontrager Rangers off a 2008 Fisher Marlin

Thanks, but it looks so much better now! I was trying to sell the bike at that time so the brakes were kinda mix match. Front is a Shimano mech and rear is a Hayes HMX 4 mechanical also. Best riding hardtail I have ever owned, and others that have tried it have agreed this it’s an agile bike. If only they still made them with sliding drops…Anyhow I have decided to hang onto it. Cheers
